When you get a phone call saying the internet is down, do you know how to deterime what and where the issue is? I will share tips and tricks to quickly identify issues and the steps I do to determine if it's a physical, layer 2, layer 3, DNS, filter, or other issue.

With its high capacity capabilities, Wi-Fi 6/6E is the next-generation standard in wireless networking A rapid-shift and increase in devices coming back to campus through student 1:1 programs have brought a renewed urgency amongst school administrators to ponder the impact they will have on the network. With more endpoints and demand for greater throughput to support data heavy applications like virtual and augmented reality; K–12 districts are among early Wi-Fi 6 adopters, upgrading with an eye toward future networking needs.
